		<description>I would speak to a lawyer about this. It sounds like somewhere someone isn&#039;t doing what they are supposed to. I&#039;m confused on why you would have to travel to do a paternity test, when I did one, my ex was in Georgia and I was in Ohio, I filed in Ohio where my son was born and they sent his swab up to the correct office and paternity was established.</description>

		<description>Florida law and several others may not allow a parent to change status of parent after so much time. If you are not the child&#039;s father then you can petition but no guarantee that you will be removed. Father and mothers obligation does not change no matter where the child is. You can go to and file in the state the child and mother live in.</description>
