My family and I are booked on a cruise at the end of the month. I’ve payed for my vacation, thankfully purchased insurance too, but my base may implement a policy that states that military may not travel to Mexico at all.

OK…so i want to travel out of the U.S. … I am 19 years old… but, i still live with my parents… i would like to travel without them knowing… i would tell my friends and stuff…. but not my grandma, dad, mom, aunt, or anyone like that… is that even possible? since my grandma pays for my medical insurance, would she get notified if i traveled? So, is there any possible way that my family would find out if i traveled… Im not traveling because im a rebellious person… im following my heart… i need to do this… so… please help me… and thanks!

ok, i decided not to go on this school japan trip but i actually need a good excuse so they can refund all of our money back because i really don’t want to go anymore because of our financial problem situation that came out of nowhere, 595 we paid so far.
so far i got these excuses :
- We don’t have enough money to pay now, because they took out my mother’s insurance and she doesn’t have enough money to contribute to the japan trip
- We can’t give in any money because the family has to travel to puerto rico or dominican republic because a relative has passed away and we need money for that trip and to give to the funeral.
that is all i have for now please help me, because if they feel that the excuse isn’t an emergency then they will not allow us to leave the trip and pay the money, when we obviously can’t please help

My husband is deployed were we live I don’t have anyone around and we have a newborn baby. I am going back to work and the day care center is around 0 a week for FT child care.
My husband is giving me the money for rent and an extra 0 a month. So I have to pay a sitter so I can work to buy our baby what she needs and pay all the other bills. I don’t know if he gets any extra pay while he is deployed he is in Kosovo.
I had a hard time with him paying anything before when I was pregnant now it’s like I’m a single parent with no help. I won’t have much left over every payday after paying for child care. I bought a bus pass so I can travel to the child care center and work that way. I don’t have insurance on my car now and can’t afford gas. When my husband left for deployment all he bought was a bag of diapers he didn’t give me any money for anything. My friend watched my baby for me this week while I did a temp service job so I could buy the baby formula and diapers. I don’t know what to do anymore I am seriously upset I just feel like our marriage should be 50/50 and it’s not. I the one who goes without all the time and it sucks not even being able to go to the grocery when I need to. When he left for deployment he didn’t put the baby on his insurance he had awhile to do so but didn’t. So last week I had to go to job and family services and apply for her to get insurance through them. I love my husband and I give this marriage my all people, I do seriously. But when is enough enough it sucks being married leaving my baby with my friend and walking all over the city just to find something for right now so I can buy her what she needs when I do think my husband could be helping us out more. Even after all his bills he should have something left over I would think but who knows. When he was home he spent any extra money he had on eating out and who knows what else. I just need some advice on what my game plan should be. I can’t live like this I should not have to worry about my electric going to be turned off when I have a new baby it’s sick. Any advice would be helpful thanks.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I am a member of family organization called “The Mughal Welfare Committee” which was set up by an extended family member. The organization’s original aims were for a family get together however now it has formed into a large successful insurance company. As its attending committee member it emancipates the burden of paying out funeral expenses. It is one of the most important committees I am involved in, as membership is only given to the extended family.
I am an enthusiast for theme parks (rather embarrassingly for an 18 year old). I enjoy the thrill of sitting on exhilarating rides. I work with a wide range on students ranging from year 7’s all the way to sixth form in meeting deadlines as well as researching.
I also enjoy keeping fit and healthy and so during weekends I normally go to the local sports centre. It gives me the opportunity to associate with new people while playing my favourite sport – football. Basically they pay off the travel fairs for it so I heard. Otherwise I’d have to travel for an entire day from So.California to Oregon if I go to my parents home for break. Which in gas now is a good 200-400 bucks. Plus by the time break comes around parents may sell my car.
I’m joining Americorps to help people but also to save money for college and starting a life with my girlfriend. We’re both 19 and know we want to stay together for life (been going out 4 years).
Anyways troubles are for example, her insurance would be canceled if she did get married, Unfortunantly the Insurance from Americorps doesnt extend to family,(cheap bastards) and the dont allow use to spend breaks with Fiance’s.
It’s a pain in the butt cause she is forgetful about trying to fix stuff and I want to spend more time w/ her.

The judge went agenst Tx law in giving custody to an questionable domestic Violence abuser… I am now being sued for support that wasn’t ordered in the divorce because of my SSI ..He has taken all visitation away from me by phone & myspace etc and threatened me with harassment if I call again to speak with them…( even though I live in our hometown 500 miles away & thats the main way I have for a relationship) I am facing jail now because of back support that I can’t pay & was ordered to pay by a judge that ignored the fact that I am disabled and responsible for a 6,600 miles of travel for visitation a year on 600$ a mth SSI ( I gave him EVERYTHING in our divorce to make up for that fact ) The children have been bruised for talking to my family and are scared to testify agienst him since they seem to never be listen to and have to pay for what they say once they are taken back home with their father…..
I AM AT A LOSS!!! I don’t know what to do at this point….I understand paying for your children I AGREE! However if I have given him EVERYTHING in the Divorce -and that was a lot ( 401k..bank accounts,all household belongings ect) – in order to make up for being on SSI that HE GAVE ME the disabilities to begin with – WHAT THE HECK!!! Is there anyone that truly stands up for the children ?????? They are SICK of their Father and have always wanted to be with me..Yet it seems since he is a Bounty Hunter in their town – laws doesn’t seem to apply to him…… NOT TO MENTION has loads of money for tummy tucks…belly bands…etc yet can’t carry Insurance on the children that was ordered by the judge..

Hi everybody, my wife is stuck in England due to the volcano’s eruption and she is panicking right now and she is almost out of money there and I’m here also in the United States. Does anybody knows or have heard a way she can come back easily to the United States? May be by ship? The problem is she did not buy a travel insurance catastrophe or something like that, so that way she will be reimburse by the airline (She was not expecting a catastrophe) Please help me and let me know if you have heard a way Americans are returning to the US. House will prob. be declared a total loss…what does that mean? If declared that term will the dwelling coverage of the insurance be paid out to the max as well as the contents? There also is a loss of use amount on my insurance policy, will that be paid out to me in full/I have to pay first and then get reimbursed. Not much can be done since the electric can’t even be turned on till next month and many homes have a do not occupy sign posted…IT won’t be a quick fix. CAn an upcoming purchase of a rv/5th wheel travel trailer be placed under a loss of use claim since living in a 1 room hotel is just difficult w/ a family? Will the insurance company make offers on total loss in terms of what will be paid out or is it an auto max payment of what the dwelling covers? Or does it go beyond the dwelling coverage if the fair market value is used since repairing it into what it used to be exceeds the dwelling coverage amount? thank you

I drove this route some 12 years ago and encountered many difficulties the main one being road construction. I hope the route is finished now and easier to travel. We are a family of 4 (two adults and two teenaged boys). What will I encounter for car insurance? Is there someone at the boarder who will assist me with this? Is integrety a concern? Any comments or advise about this trip will be greatly appreciated.

I am a first generation Hungarian American. My husband and I are relocating to Hungary when we have enough money to live on and not rely on finding work. Assuming that our house is paid for, how much do these categories cost on a monthly basis:
1. Necessities: food, utilities (222 square meter house), car insurance, cell phone, house insurance, cleaning supplies/shampoo/soap etc…
2. Non Necessities: How much would you want to have each month for the Non necessities such as books, music, gifts, local travel, the unplanned doctor visit, medicine, clothes, entertainment, etc…
3. How much would you want to have left over to be able to save for the future and for very large expenses: wedding, serious travel, emergency, entertaining overseas visitors?
Please give me a HUF range amount for each category, an amount that would allow you to satisfy each category.
Assume this is for a family of 4 including 2 small children.

I really do want the itemized list. No web site details exact costs for specific items of daily living. I need this as part of our plan to relocate PERMANENTLY to Hungary in a few years. All my family is there and I just need to confidence and accurate numbers/info to adequately prepare here while we can. My husband and I want to be 10000% prepared in worst case scenario: no jobs/income. Learning the language and adjusting to the very different life and miscommunications and misunderstandings will be challenging enough. Here are the details. I’m almost 28, and haven’t been to school since ’99, when I graduated high school. I took a "year off" to travel, which resulted in 10 years of traveling, then working shitty jobs to paid for more traveling, and I find myself here. I have been accepted to the only two colleges I applied to. One is in my hometown, and one in a city 170 miles away. My boyfriend lives in latter, my family in the former. Either way, I will be "supported". My BF has offered to pay for everything except condo fees and my car insurance, my family has offered to pay for everything but the car insurance. I have worked hard for the past 3 years to save money, I now have enough to pay for 2 out of the 4 years of tuition. 4/4 if I count retirement savings. So basically, I’m just unsure. Am I going to be ok no matter what? I realize there is a chance my boyfriend and I won’t last forever, but at the same time I’ve never been willing to invest this much time in someone before him. On the other hand, my family is tight, I know they have my back no matter what.

I have been going through alot lately. I have finals coming up, and of course the end of the semester work load. I have Praxis tests soon as well figuring out summer classes I have to take. I have a minimum wage job working with kids that I like, but I am not making enough money. My boyfriend is away travelling alot lately. A parent of mine has caught drinking and driving and has to spend a total of 30 days in jail, which will cause them to lose their job…they are also very depressed and have been but our insurance wont cover anything but the regular doctor and they have failed my parent over and over throughout the years. My other parent and I are trying to keep my younger siblings clueless to the jail thing which is stressful. I just feel like alot is on my plate, Im only 19. My other parent doesnt want me to tell anyone about this but its hard not to talk to anyone. My bf wouldnt care anyway, if i tell him im stressed he just says "dont worry about it"-hes no help…..

My son is 14 and we are having a hard time finding help getting braces for him. They are expensive and I can’t travel far to get them as I have three younger kids at home. We used to use the Shriners but it got too difficult for me to go out of state. We’re in Missouri and it’s impossible to find an orthodontist that takes medicaid. My husband makes too much to qualify for assistance (there’s a program that pays for care and medicaid pays them back) but with a family of 6 and bills, we don’t have the money to pay cash. I’d like to know of a dental insurance company or something we could look into. He really needs this done for bone grafting.
