I had a disc removed from my back 2 weeks ago and they gave me advice of not to sit for long periods no more than 20 mins anyway…I feel able to do this and i know i can sit for 3 hours or more as i have done…
When i had the op done the surgeon said i couldn't fly because of this anyone know of any medical insurance that would cover me to travel against medical advice?
