I live in L.A. and travel frequently, so need reliable, low-cost wireless service. I'm willing to suck it up and pay the 5 early cancellation since Verizon has been a nightmare and a half with its high charges, I wasn't told about 15-day grace period to add insurance, so I missed deadline. I paid 0 one month when I went over my minutes (even though I'm a "Merits" customer, the rep didn't handle situation to my satisfaction.) AND I'm being given a hard time about insurance on new phone I bought. Help! Which is best provider and why?
